The hotel had a super cool and quirky vibe, with fun and quirky decor throughout. The staff were helpful and cute, making our stay even better. The rooms were comfortable and well thought out, with everything we needed. We especially loved the quietness of the room, great to relax and unwind. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good range of options to choose from.

Great design, facilities, and vibe. Room had everything needed, stylish. Steps from Mudam art museum. Packed rooftop bar with decent food/drink. Spacious parking, good AC during heat wave. Comfy bed, choice of pillows. Quiet room. Close to conference center, public transport. Would stay again.

The location in the city center was ideal, with easy access to the free tram that takes you to the heart of Luxembourg. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms are clean and stylish, with comfortable beds and well-decorated interiors. The bathrooms are well-equipped, with organic toiletries and fantastic showers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were some instances of grumpy and unpleasant staff at the restaurant, which unfortunately spoiled the overall experience of our visit.

We loved the quirky and colorful decor of Mama Shelter. The hotel staff were attentive and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-lit and the hot shower was a nice touch. We also appreciated the small safe and fridge in the room, as well as the TV with international channels. The free WiFi worked perfectly during our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of hot and cold food options, as well as delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. The on-site bakery and co-working space were convenient, and the reception sold Mama merchandise. Mama Shelter provided a unique and enjoyable experience.
